I've ordered with this company for several years with some varying results and I typically don't complain if something arrives that is not sized according to their sizing chart. My last order, everything was undersized. Never again will I order from this company. I sent pictures and measurements, only offering a partial refund. Stuck with shirts I cannot ever use.
Ordered a custom made Russell athletic fit jersey for my son. Great quality, and this is my second time ordering a jersey from this company. Definitely recommend them!
They had a large inventory to choose from, and they were the best price and highest rated place that had the exact jacket I was looking for. I had an unusual design (black on black) and they double-checked and suggested alternatives to make sure that was indeed what I wanted. I received an email a few days later saying that the first one they made didn't meet their quality standards and my order would be delayed while they made another. I still received my jacket before the original estimated date and it looks great. The black embroidery on black softshell is exactly what I wanted.
They made the entire process so easy. I messed up my dates originally, and they had a Jersey I ordered on backorder (not a long backorder, but due to the way things fell I needed the jerseys faster than most would). I called in and with 1 simple phone call they fixed the date, and I was able to let them know what Jersey size I needed instead. The jerseys arrived in just in time for our tournament. They were perfect! They were way better than I expected! It gets better. We had 1 Jersey that we ordered too big, and since the Jersey was for football it was a safety concern. I called them today in a panic to see what my options were before our next tournament next week, and they told me, "No problem. They would do everything they could to help." I'm not going to lie, I still wasn't expecting to hear what they said next. They told me they would correct the size, AND request that it be expedited for it to arrive before our next tournament (just over a week away). They couldn't promise anything, but the fact they made this so painless means the world to me. They have exceptional customer service, and not only did I speak to someone on the phone but a representative emailed as well to confirm they changes. Yes, an actual person emailed me. It wasn't some system generated email. I will never go anywhere else to purchase anything I need for work, sports, or simple fan gear. Thank you all so much for everything! I had to share a picture below of my son to show how awesome they came out! (BTW The coach in the picture was teaching my son how to clap to "We Will Rock You" before our last game that tournament-- priceless.)
Great customer service! Upon receiving the order one of the jackets had a misprint on it. I called to have it corrected and was told that it was no problem and would be fixed and shipped out right away. They were true to their word, it arrived when they said it would. Unfortunately, it was misprinted again. I called customer service and they took care of it right away. The jacket was delivered in just a matter of days with the correct spelling. Even though there were two mishaps the way it was handled was amazing. Phenomenal customer service and support!! Good quality jackets and was printed exactly how I ordered it. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Purchased shirts that costed $400!!!
That’s not the only thing, I paid $41 extra to get the shirts shipped faster so we can have them on time for an event. They were supposed to arrive Thursday 6/29. The event was 6/30th. Cool. The 29th comes, I had to call to find out where the shirts were, Debrah said they should be arriving that day latest by the morning 6/30. 6/30 comes, they email me saying some of the shirts were not shipped due to the fact that they messed up when creating them and it’ll take between 7-10 business days to get new ones.
Called spoke with Daniela she was super rude. She admitted that it was their fault but “human error” and there’s nothing they can do about refunding the $41 for the shipping because they wouldn’t arrive on time.
Told them I can even drive there if I have to to pick them up as our wedding event was on that day in the afternoon.
She hung up my call. Never met customer service so bad where they admit their mistake and say there is crazy they can do. That is just crazy. One of the shirts arrived, just to find out they didn’t make them the way we even wanted them. We requested for QR code in the side of the shirt, along with our logo in the front, along with people’s names on them. And you can telll they rushed and didn’t do it properly. I called to ask them to cancel the rest of the order due to the fact that they didn’t deliver on time along with the fact they didn’t make them how we wanted to begin with, guess what, Daniela answered again and was super rude basically saying I have no choice but to wait 7-10 biz days for the rest of the shirts to arrive, meanwhile she admitted that they messed up and they have to start all over again.
Terrible experience never again.
I recently ordered 12 winter coats with our corporate logo for my maintenance team. I received them fast and they were accurate and of high quality ! The logo was perfectly placed, and my team looks great in their jackets. Customer service rep Debra Gagne was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns. Thank you so much !!!
